Great video! would this work with the "Rode VideoMic GO Lightweight On-Camera Microphone"? also is this connected to your camera still? Комментарий от : @unamillennialmas |
This is exactly what I was looking for. Great video!!! Комментарий от : @alexandereardon |
Thank you so much for all your great videos Tom! Комментарий от : @jekel68 |
How have i not seen this video? hmmmm Комментарий от : @saskelee |
Hi Tom...Wondering if there is a way to connect rode videomic directly to rodecaster pro? Sorry if you've already addressed this and I missed it. Комментарий от : @JerryRiopelle |
Tom, I bought everything from where you said, but when I remove the shoe adapter from the Pearlstone Articulating Arm, the adapter is a 1/4" female thread not a 5/8" female thread. Did they make an update to the product? I am now purchasing a 1/4" female to 3/8" female. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0746CXMRZ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A31OEVIVG7GW82&psc=1 Please let me know if I am missing a step somewhere. Love your videos, BTW! Комментарий от : @karlbrown7949 |
Hi Tom, I record with my partner for one of my sessions. We don't want to use head phones or individual mics. I have the rodecaster pro, can I use this setup and connect the mic back in the rodecaster for the audio? mic slot? Комментарий от : @npmentertainmentstudios6711 |
How do you setup the audio for this mic? I watched your other video podmic vs shure sm7 where you introduced this rig and the quality of sound was very similar to the other mics. The sound coming into my rodecaster pro is tinny and flat. Do you post process in another app? Комментарий от : @MyWTFName |
I love the ease of this setup! I just have an Amazon basic boom stand to my rode video mic pro plus. Working really well! Комментарий от : @DanCBearded |
Between VideoMic PRO and the Podmic which one would be the most versatile for a video podcast? Using the the RodeCaster. Second question, can you use the PodMic out the camera frame with you boom arm and still get a good quality sound? Thanks. Комментарий от : @pretor706 |
Great video. How does the rode video mic compare with the podmic or other cardioid dynamic mics for noise rejection from the back? Thanks! Комментарий от : @jordanblackman7484 |
EXACTLY the type of setup I'm looking to build. Small, can put it anywhere, unscrew it and put it away when not needed ... gonna take a great look at it ! Thanks ! Комментарий от : @GeeketcFr |
YES!!! Definitely awesome and SOOO timely! I’ve been trying to figure out how to make my audio better! I have a mic boom stand, but I hadn’t been able to find a way to attach it. 🤷♀️ I even went to Home Depot - and a guy helped me...and he couldn’t even find something! Err...😩 So thanks for showing us and providing links! VERY helpful!!! Cheers! Комментарий от : @SimplyAubs |
GREAT MATE 👍🏻 I love RODE & have quite the collection of their equipment. I’ve recently been Sponsored by RØDE. HoweverI do use the Blue yeti Desk-Boom-arm, I like the look of it. I also like your extension setup you’ve made for the end of your boom-arm. Cool 😎 Got the SHURE SM7B mic and just received the RODE Pod mic and will be trying it out V the SHURE. I have the Elgato desk-arm for cameras it’s Great to 👍🏻. Keep up the good work man and don’t pinch yourself LOL 😂 ✌🏻🎙 Комментарий от : @iSpike |
Two questions: Do you think that you could stick a full DSLR camera on that arm? Do you think you that arm with a small go-pro-y camera could work for top down shots or would it just spring around? Also - haha I think semi-DIY is a fun keyword to describe your channel...it's not budget or DIY...but it's not full hardcore professional - it's semi DIY-pro haha Комментарий от : @EricWen |
Wanna be different. Play the intro to hot for teacher on that kit behind you ;-) Комментарий от : @braveandnew7817 |
