Thank you for the 10 minute videos. I decided to exercise at least 10 minutes daily for 2023. With your videos I quickly pick one, finish, feel good about myself, and fall asleep easier. (This one is on repeat because I repeatedly forget to exercise earlier so I end up doing this in my bed. I've done this one too many times to count, lol. Life happens!) I'm on day 58! This video in particular was very effective and really touching for me. Switching what leg is in front of which is something I've been doing for about a year now. The warning to keep your legs where they are was for me. When I got to the switched legs and laid my head on my arms I just started crying 😂 It didn't hurt or anything, it just felt emotionally relieving. This was perfect, thank you. This is by far my favorite go to video. I go between this and the 10 min standing morning stretch with the sunflowers each morning, but who doesn’t prefer to sit and stretch first thing? 😂 this helps get my sinuses clear and flowing, wakes me up, and starts my day calm with that ending meditation. I'm so excited this was my first day doing yoga after 3 months of recovery from 3rd degree sprained hip flexors that rendered me immobile. Have been advised by Dr to try yoga to help with severe tension and stress - but was unsure because I have an injured foot which makes it incredibly painful to stand or put weight on it. This is my favorite morning yoga routine, I've been trying many different 10-15 routines from youtube, and this one is the best for me. I love how much of my body gets stretched without requiring much exertion and "active" movement. I stay calm throughout, and it ends up being a meditative experience.
