 | I have heard of this documentary but did not know what it was about. I have just read article about his trial by Charles Thomson and it made me physically sick. Growing up I have listened to MJ's songs and watched his work. I never really cared about the allegations or read about them and I'm glad I did not. I saw on news or papers he was going through trial and then later on it was done. To me it was nothing strange. Every celebrity has to go through court cases at some point bcos ppl are always after their money. I didn't care anything I hear bcos I never believed them.  | Thank you for this refreshingly laid out explanation of events - it was made so much better than that HBO love letter to pedophilia. I feel like NAMBLA is behind that, it romanticised pedo relationships and no one sees it. It is a travesty. I am biased because I’ve always appreciated Michael Jackson, his music, performance and personality- but I had to at least investigate any allegations to be fair to possible victims. I feel very comfortable in my belief that Michael Jackson is the victim in these cases, and possibly young kids being manipulated by parents are also victims- but not the two men in Leaving Neverland. They are actors who have some nefarious purpose. Money for sure, attention, and maybe serving a larger narrative some people want to push. I ve always believed that 1993 allegations are false for one simple reason, and you told that in your documentary - if you are a parent and someone does such horrible things to your child, what will you do - call the abuser and demand 20 mln bucks for your silence or go to the police, sue the abuser in the criminal court and make sure he does not do smth like that to somebody else? People who have kids will understand what i mean. Some people think that Michael was guilty because he paid the money to the Chandlers, and I think that the fact that the Chandlers just took the money and never sued him in the criminal court proves that Michael is innocent, because it shows that the only thing they wanted was money.
