The feeling you have to poop badly is VERY PAINFUL, and the pain is VERY SHARP. It's hard to sit down without moaning. I'd be crying like this man!!! But because I have infrasonicism(rare), it'd be a low frequency that sounds quieter because the long wavelengths are less absorbed by the hearing.

One great moment in tv history was when Kid Rock was being interviewed at a Detroit Pistons game. It was a NBA game being shown on TNT. The sports announcer found Kid sitting up in the stands drinking a beer . As they talked about the game going on, I thought to myself" This isn't going to be good " you could tell that the singer had already had a few. It was Valentine's and before the game the arena hosted a mass wedding for anybody wanting to get married that night. Then the guy made a mistake and asked Kid Rock about his then Tim girlfriend Pamela Anderson. He asked if the two were going to get married soon. Then what came next was a drunk Kid Rock cussing the man out on live TV.
