 | Hey AngBata, I have a question. Since Iceborne, elemental damage was buffed considerably and elementless deco was nerfed by a lot. I know that elementless is good for general use but is using lance with suitable matchup to monster's weakness is always better than elementless (assume I'm running level 5 elemental charm)? Coz I watched some videos and learned that elemental damage benefits weapon with fast attacks the most which is DB and Bow.  | Gunlance is pretty sweet. Especially Safi. For a comfy build I use a variation from one of the best Gunlancers out there Caoslayer. Weapons and Gear Safi Dreambuster; Head to toe Zorah B+, Golden B+, Fellshroud B+, Golden B+, Zorah B+, Plugs4 charm. On Safi GL Shelling Long II, 2x Sharp increase, Slot Upgrade 4, Zorah Essence, Augment Health x2, 1 Defense as filler. Decorations With Jewels you now have Plugs 5, Artillery 5, Evade Window 5, Divine Blessing 5, Health 3, Recovery 3, Focus 3, Evade Extender 3, Capacity boost x1, Guard Up x1. Nothing can kill you and you still do loads of damage. Had a few Jumping/evade jewels so feel free to swap out those and you'll free up 5 slots. 3 free level 4 slots and 2 free level 2 slots.
