@breakedout
Has really your channel grown up this much with this insanely stupid setup and methods?
I wish I'd never see this extra long time wasting video from you with that face, accent, and idiot methods. At least that way I had a good mindset about the channel.
The only good thing that I gained from watching this is that if even stupid people like you can grow a channel like this, then Youtube must be much easier than it looks.

Thank you Beau, another great video, very inspiring - I started my channel about 6 months ago or so, initial motivation was to solidify my understanding of data structures and algorithms and wanted to share my journey throughout. best lesson I learned so far is that you learn so much by teaching others! best decision I ever made in my tech career!

@123Handbuch
I'm thinking about making a coding channel focusing on implementing machine learning algorithms. Now I personally use vim as my editor and arch linux as my OS and I guess most people don't.

So the question I ask myself is: On what OS should I teach and what editor should I teach?

@PowerShellNoob
Thank you for the wonderful video Beau! You were correct in the first few minutes of your video. Even if you're just making videos to show a particular task or way of doing things, that just reinforces the learning process and embedds that information even further into your brain. That is one of the most important parts about learning in this overwhelming field. I believe many people would be surprised to learn how much they know about a topic by just teaching someone about what they're learning. You never really know you're adept on a topic, until you have to explain it.

@SharingbyAmiq
I 100% agree with your point that even if one doesn't know about a topic, the process of first learning with purpose of making a video on it could make you an expert. I also make video with same intention, that at least I am learning new things while creating videos.

@mfpears
Why would someone be less likely to subscribe if a channel doesn't upload often? For me it's the opposite. If I find a channel that doesn't upload often, I'm more likely to subscribe because I wouldn't want to miss their rare upload and they won't be filling my subscriptions with trash in the meantime.
Комментарий от : @mfpears
