 | Hi I had bad injury in January( went to work in ski resort to save for yoga instructor course but got me knee hurt really bad) and wasnt able to do any yoga for 2 months. It was hard to find ballance without your soothing voice( 8 of 10 times I was doing your practises) and the ability to get back on mat. Happiky today was my first time doing it again and I cannot tell how grateful I am and how much I appreciate your work.  | Perfect way to begin the day! Your voice is so calming and the poses aren't anything too aggressive which really helps!
